RETURN POLICY
Lenka Home accepts returns by mail.
Eligibility for Returns
- Condition: Items must be in new condition.
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@lenkahome.com with the subject line “Return/Refund Request.”
- Include your order number, purchase email, and relevant photos of the product in the email.
Return Shipping: Prepaid Return Label
Eligibility: If your return request meets the conditions outlined above, we will provide a prepaid return label. For returns not related to defects (e.g., change of mind, sizing issues), Lenka Home will still provide a prepaid return label. Customers are not required to pay for return shipping.
The customer receives a prepaid return label via email, and downloads and prints it. Customer please package the returned product and send it to the return shipping address: 162 Mountain Springs Dr, San Jose, CA 95136, USA.
No restocking fees:
Returning to Lenka Home, customers will not be charged a restocking fee.
EXCHANGE
Process for Exchanges
- Return the original item using the steps outlined in the returns policy.
- Once the returned item is received and assessed, we will notify you of its eligibility for exchange.
- If eligible, we will promptly send out the replacement item.
REFUND POLICY
